Sometimes you get what you want.

I haven't posted in a couple of days. Partly because I have some BIG NEWS to share with you guys and I'm not really sure if I can or should share it yet. And partly because, since getting back to Florida on Saturday, I have been working my ass off to tie up loose ends here.

Been cleaning up whatever messes were still around. Taking care of yard and pool work. Hiring a gardener to do the grass and a pool guy to clean the pool. Getting my clothes together. Finding a safe temporary home for my dog Cynder and my birds, hamster and fish. Saying goodbye to my friends.

Why am I doing all this?

Because I am moving to San Francisco for a Kick Ass Job!!!

Yup! I landed the job I have been wanting for a long while, at a company that I have grown to love, surrounded by people that I really like, in the city that I adore. What else could I ask for?

This job will utilize ALL of my skills and give me the rare and incredible opportunity to take them to a higher level and learn a ton more. I see unlimited potential with this job and I plan to take full advantage of everything it has to offer. It is literally my "dream job"!

I can't really give any more details right now but I can say that I'm planning to move to San Francisco next Thursday, October 28th and start my new job on November 1st. As soon as I get the official confirmation I will give all the juicy details.

I was listening to NPR tonight and this guy was talking about how he believed that if you're patient, you follow your heart, and you choose to do what you know is right instead of what is easy or popular... life rewards you with what you want. I think he may just be right!

I am so happy for you Nick. Good things come to those who wait and man have you been patient! LOL!

You are an awesome painter and actor. You were the reason I joined Bound Gods.

So keep up the good work and have a safe move.
