New Year, New Challenges & New Porn!

Well the old year is almost over. And what a fucking year it was! Looking back on it from where I sit today it is just one big blur. A blur filled with so much change that it has taken pretty much everything I have to stay focused and not freakin lose it!

I've been working long, long hours pretty much every day. In fact, I'm the only one of the entire Kinkmen staff that is working this whole week. Working my ASS off and covering work for others. And I'm trying to get my furniture and stuff moved from Florida to here, sell whatever I am not taking (including a piano!), get things set with my new apartment (which I move in next week... without any furniture or ANYTHING!), and trying to get my house in Florida cleaned out and ready to rent. NOT EASY considering I am all the way on the other side of the country, working pretty much all hours of the day, and 3 hours behind the east coast. But it's getting done. Slowly but surely. Better happen FAST though because I cannot continue to pay for two residences (actually 3 residences for a short time).

But with the new year comes new opportunities. Hopefully I will stay focused and strong and meet these challenges and grow from them. That's my intention.

In the mean time, I haven't been posting about the new porn that has been out featuring yours truly. And there is a lot of it! Christmas weak... I mean week

It's been a whole week since I posted. Christmas week on top of that. Lots of challenges, a few good times, and some sad ones. Isn't that the way the holidays always are?

In my last post I talked about how exhausted I was from the week long Palm Springs work trip. A long day delayed at the airport and a late bedtime only to wake up early for a Bound in Public shoot. The day was going fine and the shoot was almost over when disaster happened. Anyone who follows me on Twitter knows. During the last 2 minutes of the shoot one of the models got hurt... and it was my fault. It was completely an accident, but that didn't make it suck any less. I took him to the hospital and, after only 13 minutes from walking in there to walking out, he was cleared and released. Only a little Dermabond on his forehead to seal up the Harry Potter looking laceration on his head. He and his dog ended up spending the night at my place and he assured me he wasn't angry with me. But really, anyone would feel like crap after hurting someone else. Especially since we had spent the whole week together hanging as friends and rooming together in Palm Springs. I really hope that never happens again because it sucks. Really, really sucks.

Christmas was really quite. Partly due to the fact that I just moved to San Francisco, partly do to my having to work every day except the company holiday (which I didn't get paid for), and partly because I was feeling exhausted and kind of sad. The holidays do that to you.

I didn't get any gifts this year. Well actually, my friend Adam gave me some pumpkin bread that he made and gave my hamster Bubba a new toy for his cage and my roommate gave me one of those orange flavored chocolate balls that you smack open and break into slices before you eat it. That reminded me of what happened to my model friends head but it still tasted pretty freakin good.

I guess the highlight of my week would be seeing Shrek - The Musical. I bought myself a ticket as a Christmas present and because I was alone I got a great seat. Fourth row! The play was AWESOME!!! Great, fun story, great songs and lyrics, awesome "acting" and special effects. I can't recommend it more highly.

Christmas eve I met my friend Aaron for dinner at Brandy Ho's, a Chinese restaurant I like, and then we went to a very small cocktail party at my friends Ethan Wolfe and his boyfriend Will's place. They didn't even know I had moved to San Francisco since I haven't really been out since I'm here. There were only six of us at the party but there was enough food for like 30 people. It was an unexpectedly nice, enjoyable evening.

Christmas day I went to an Indian restaurant with my friend Adam and then we went to see Tron in 3D IMAX. That is definitely the way to see that movie. I was on sensory overload through the whole thing. What a great experience. Afterward we went to my friend Daine's place for a little Christmas cocktail party and then we came back to my place and watched Despicable Me. I've seen it before but it's the kind of movie I could see twenty times and not get sick of.

Sunday, the day after Christmas and I was back at work. The rest of the Kinkmen crew is off this week, but since I'm still on my 3 month probation period I don't get vacation or holiday pay so I'm going in to work all week. Van gave me a bunch of work to do, on top of my own work, and I'm hoping to use the time to learn some more editing skills, study up on wrestling moves and rules, and learn more about directing and editing from the resources available to me at work.

Sorry this was such a boring post but that was my week. I hope everyone had a VERY HAPPY CHRISTMAS filled with love and happiness.

What a week

I'd like to be all happy and positive about the week long work trip to Palm Springs that is just coming to an end.... but I can't. It kinda sucked. Right now Leo Forte, Van Darkholme and I are still stuck at the Palm Springs airport trying to get back to San Francisco. Our flight was scheduled for 10:00am and it's now 6:30pm. Hopefully we will take off by 8 or 9pm. Hopefully. I just want to go home, crawl into bed and get some sleep before I have to get up and shoot another Bound in Public tomorrow morning. Ugh.

So what was so bad? The weather for one thing. It was cold and rainy the whole time. Not so much fun when you are naked and shooting outside by a pool, or underwater, or outside at night. It sucked. And there was WAY TOO MUCH DRAMA!!! Every shoot seemed to be one non-stop drama fest with diva bitch sessions, model's breakdowns and hissy fits. EVERYBODY JUST FUCKING CHILL! We're making porn... not saving the fucking world. Look pretty for the camera, get your cock hard, and fuck. Is that really so hard? I mean I'm very proud of the work we do and our product is probably the best content out their but does there have to be psychological drama and warfare attached to it? And if you do feel the need to lose your mind can you at least wait until after the shoot and save everyone else from having to suffer through it. And if you feel the need to show just how much better you are than everyone else alive on the planet do you think you could save it for when you are visiting Fantasyland at the Disney Park cause, really, it's just a fantasy. Again, it's porn... not brain surgery.

The Helios resort was really awesome and they had a great playroom and other outside play areas, but unfortunately we were the only ones staying there this week. That sucked as well. The owners and staff of Helios were so sweet and attentive. A big THANK YOU goes out to them from me!!!

We were supposed to have the last day off to have some fun time including a trip to Joshua Tree which really excited me. Instead we went to the casino, ate the buffet there and watched people gamble. Ugh. By the time we got out of there we headed to the tram that takes you up to the top of the mountain, but it was already dark and freezing. So we rode up in the dark and got to the top to find it windy, freezing and raining. We did get to hang out in the lounge area and played Yahtzee for a while, next to a life sized stuffed ram with the biggest balls I've ever seen, before we headed back down the mountain, in the dark, and then headed for a good dinner at The Blue Pear restaurant.

Of course there were some awesome moments mixed in with the shitty ones. Daddy Zeus showed up for one of our Bound in Public shoots and took over the shoot for about an hour, working over the sub, Leo Forte. It's amazing what a true master can do. Everything and everyone around him just followed his lead and what came of it was probably the most powerful piece of BDSM play ever captured on film. I'm not kidding. The crew and models were talking about it for days. Everyone felt like they had to be at their absolute best to capture the "moment" that was happening. To document it for others to see. It was that important. There was no shouting orders, no verbal insults, no threats or harsh physical treatment. Just calm and confident leadership. Again, it's amazing how much respect and control Daddy Zeus gained from everyone around him. And he deserved it. I feel truly blessed to have been in his presence and I wish every shoot could be that controlled and that powerful.

Another great thing was the awesome models that worked together all week. Gianni Luca, Spencer Reed, Matthew Singer, Trent Diesel, Paul Wagner, Christian Wilde, Scott Tanner, Cole Streets and Leo Forte. What a diverse group of HOT men.

Palm Springs trip continued...

Shooting every day at a different location is challenging. There are so many things that come up last minute that need to be addressed immediately. Who knew shooting porn was so complicated?

So far my Palm Springs trip has included a poolside Bound in Public shoot complete with underwater blowjob filming, an outdoor Naked Kombat shoot with a hot jacuzzi sex scene, a trip to a bar to do some promoting for the Bound in Public shoots.

The Helios Resort is empty except for the Kink crew and the models and the list of models is growing. Scott Tanner, Paul Wagner, Spencer Reed, Matthew Singer, Christian Wilde, Cole Streets, Gianni Luca, Leo Forte and Cameran Adams. Is anyone NOT here?

Not so ON TOP of things

I've been working so freakin hard I haven't been able to keep up with much of what's going on with the rest of the porn world. A friend of mine stopped me while I was on the way to work yesterday and told me that he was pleasantly surprised when he flipped the page of his calendar last week and saw that I was the December model. I guess the calendar is from Mustang video and the shot is one from Blue Movie where I'm all decked out in full leather, complete with biker's cap. Honestly, it's the least favorite photo of me... EVER! Instead of a hot leather daddy I look like a gay french sailor. Ugh. Still, I'd love to have a copy of the calendar but I can't seem to find it anywhere. If anyone out there has one I would gladly take it off your hands when you are done with it.

Bound Boys and The Sound of Music

OK... another week of non-stop work. Seriously. It's Monday night at 1:00am and I am just eating something and having a big protein shake after getting back from the gym. I've worked every day since my last post. And every night. Usually until about 2:30am. This boy needs a freakin break!!!

I did take one little break on Saturday night to see The Sound of Music sing-along version at the Castro theater. I've never seen the film before (ya, I didn't have THAT childhood) so I was really excited about it. And the audience participation was freakin hysterical!!! I can't remember the last time I laughed so much. And I was luck enough to have my sweet friend Element Eclipse at my side for the show.

At work we've still bee filming non-stop... Naked Kombat, Bound Gods and Bound in Public. Sometimes two in one day! Its crazy.

Here are some photos from a live Bound Gods shoot we did with Vince Ferelli, Brenn Wyson and Chad Rock. HOT AS FUCK!!! Can you believe the bondage position in the first photo? Add some flogging, single-tail and electro to that mix and you know that was one amazing scene!

The next set of photos is from a Bound in Public shoot we did at Every Six Weeks hair cutting salon. Master Nick is Back!

Bad porn star blogger! Bad porn star blogger! I am so sorry that it has been so long since my last post. Life has been SO FREAKIN HECTIC! We are shooting non-stop at Kink.com and editing like crazy trying to get shoots together for the upcoming holidays and our week long trip to Palm Springs which is rapidly approaching. I Directed my first thing last week. The sex round for a Naked Kombat shoot. I think it went really well and I was really lucky to have a great camera crew, Scott Tanner, and the very talented Cameron Adams. Scott Tanner has been such a big help with the transition into my new job and Cameron Adams is a pro of a porn star who made my first directing experience a pleasure. Tomorrow I am supposed to direct my first complete Naked Kombat. I'm really, really looking forward to it!

I have a ton of photos from the past week and stories to go with them (like my first shoot for Raging Stallion's Fetish Force, a couple of really extreme Bound In Public shoots or the porn star with 3 balls!) but I'm going to be a very, very BAD PORN STAR and use the rest of this post as a shameless plug for the new Bound Gods video that came out today featuring...
